Dr. Ky'Lee Baumert PT, DPT
Dr. Ky’Lee Baumert, originally from southeast Nebraska, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). She has specialized training in pelvic floor therapy through Herman & Wallace, is a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, and is certified in dry needling.
Dr. Baumert focuses on helping women, particularly during pregnancy and postpartum, regain strength, manage pain, and feel empowered throughout their journey. After experiencing complications during her own pregnancy with twins, she became especially passionate about supporting moms through pregnancy, labor, and recovery. She also treats postpartum women looking to rebuild their bodies and achieve personal goals. Additionally, she works with patients dealing with pelvic floor issues, such as incontinence or pelvic pain, helping them reclaim confidence in their everyday lives.
At home life is full of fun and chaos. Ky’Lee and her husband, Taylor, have four energetic children - Emma, Noah, Regan and Payton, along with their dog, Rue. When she’s not working or chasing kiddos, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, running, lifting, and exploring her creative side through crafting.

Dr. Emma Peeler PT, DPT
Dr. Emma Peeler’s passion for movement began at the age of three when she took her first dance class. This early love of movement propelled her to compete as a dancer through college, where she earned All-American Athlete honors and contributed to three national titles as a key member of the St. Ambrose University Dance Team.
Dr. Peeler pursued dual degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology at St. Ambrose University, later earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. She began her career in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, where she honed her skills in diagnosing and treating a diverse range of patients. Recognizing a need for specialized care in women’s health, Dr. Peeler pursued advanced training in pelvic therapy, pregnancy, and postpartum care through Herman and Wallace. She also incorporates Functional Dry Needling as a treatment option for select patients, utilizing it as a tool to address specific musculoskeletal issues when appropriate.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys staying active with a variety of hobbies, including weightlifting, biking, and running. She also enjoys training her dog, Lincoln, and spending time with her husband, Zach, outdoors.

Dr. Jensen Rezac PT, DPT
Dr. Jensen Rezac is from Ogallala, NE (a town in Western NE known for either Lake Mac or being the last stop for gas before Colorado!) and enjoyed the freedom of growing up on her family’s fifth generation farmstead. She participated in many activities at her small town school, mostly focusing on volleyball, basketball, and track and noted that Anatomy was her favorite course in high school. While attending Ogallala High School, she met her future husband, Colby, in gym class!
She attended undergraduate at University of Lincoln - Nebraska, participated in her sorority of Alpha Omicron Pi, and graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology. She continued on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After years of long distance, Colby and Jensen got married at her family farm and they started their life alongside their black labrador retriever, Dezi.
Dr. Jensen is trained in PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) principles and has used these techniques to treat patients from head to toe. She has experience in treating back and hip dysfunction that relates closely to the pelvic floor and enjoys helping prep mothers for birth as well as helping them heal following delivery. She believes that all women undergoing pregnancy, birth, and motherhood should understand the resources available to them to live their most productive and pain-free life as possible. She hopes that this knowledge will help patients seek healing sooner in their lives and reduce the amount of chronic conditions women live with.
In her free time, you can find Jensen at estate sales, DIY-ing her first house, attending sports events, or playing with her nephews.
